   Michael Pursell
   President
Michael Pursell is President and second-generation sole owner of the company started by Damon Pursell. He has over 33 years of construction experience and has been president of this company for over 20 years. Mike owns and operates Pursell Holdings, LLC. and North Valley Homes Inc., and is a managing partner for Vick-Pursell LLC and M&R Land. A partial listing of past developments are Highridge Manor, Buckeye Industrial Park, Whiteoak Commercial Center, Countrywide Estates, Pleasant Valley Estates, and North Creek Acres. Current subdivision developments includes Whitehall Estates in Liberty, MO and Pine Grove Estates at 102nd and North Hardesty, Kansas City, MO. Future developments will include Rockridge Commercial Center at 87th and Hillcrest Road and Metropolis Woods Subdivision at Mo. 9 Highway and Northwood Road.

    William L. Woodside
    Vice-President
Bill Woodside has over 40 years of construction experience and was owner and president of Woodside Construction Company for 25 years. He started with Damon Pursell Construction as Vice-president in 1987, and is responsible for all operations and shares all final decisions with Michael Pursell. Mr. Woodside supervises all projects from bid phase to completion, schedules equipment and manpower as required for all projects.

    Gary L. Pauley
    Secretary/Senior Estimator
Gary Pauley has over 30 years of construction experience, all of which has been with Damon Pursell Construction starting in 1973. He is the senior estimator responsible for final pricing of all work, manages projects awarded, coordinates material orders, deliveries and subcontractors. He also handles paperwork, subcontracts, and invoicing for projects under his control.
